India's Free Trade Warehousing Zone Developer and Operator

Onnsynex Ventures Private Limited

Who We Are

Discover Our Story and Values

Onnsynex Ventures Private Limited operates Free Trade Warehousing Zones across India under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The company holds a Letter of Approval from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India, authorising the development and operation of FTWZ infrastructure at strategic trade corridors across the country.

Our zones enable global importers, exporters, and trading companies to store goods within India’s customs frontier without immediate duty liability — deferring customs duty for up to five years. Our zones support structured customs clearance processes that give businesses greater control over how and when goods enter the Indian domestic market.

Our Operating Brand

OSV FTWZ

The Onnsynex group operates its free trade warehousing services under the OSV FTWZ brand — India’s dedicated Free Trade Warehousing Zone infrastructure for global importers, exporters, and trading companies.

Duty-Deferred Storage

Goods entering our zones do not attract customs duty at the point of arrival. Duty is triggered only at the point of actual distribution into India — giving businesses up to 5 years of duty-free holding within India's customs frontier.

No Indian Entity Requirement

Foreign companies can ship directly into our FTWZ facilities without registering an Indian legal entity, appointing a local importer, or obtaining prior clearances. We bridge the operational gap.

Part-Consignment Customs Clearance

Clear goods into the Indian market in the quantities you need, when you need them. Duty applies only to what you distribute — the rest remains in our duty-neutral zone.

Specialised Cargo Infrastructure

Dedicated handling for temperature-controlled, shock-sensitive, and tilt-sensitive cargo — serving pharma, electronics, solar, capital equipment, and precision instrument importers who cannot rely on standard warehouse environments.
